Retail Automotive Sales, Service, and Operations since 1978

For the past three years, AEG’s Lead Trainer, Greg Hall, has been involved with Ardent Learning in bringing professional services to Nissan and Infiniti North America. 

Greg is currently leading a national team of 19 automotive trainers who are delivering in-store service department coaching and training for Ardent Learning in 545 Nissan dealerships across the United States. He also is a part of a team facilitating one-day Executive Manager Workshops for Nissan in 8 major cities across the U.S. 

Greg leads a national team of 5 automotive trainers who are delivering in-retailer service department facilitation for Ardent Learning in 72 Infiniti dealerships across the United States. In addition, they facilitate one-day Executive Manager workshops for Infiniti.

Greg Hall served as a Senior Trainer with Maritz.


Responsible for over 16 GM dealerships in the Phoenix and Tucson markets, specializing in Sales and Service Processes, and Performance and Operations Improvement for General Motors Standards For Excellence (SFE) Program.  

Delivered live weekly satellite broadcast from GM Headquarters to over 500 GM dealerships in North America for Automotive Retail Operations. Training dealer staff, communicating relevant new project information, and creating buy-in with executive managers.  

Lead Trainer for new sales and management initiative nationally for Ford Canada First E-Commerce Initiative (Build To Order) with focus on Automotive Retail Operations. 

VP of Operations - Capital Driving Force Automotive Group

 Automotive Retail Executive providing oversight of operations and relations for family- owned auto group of 5 brands in 4 locations, including Honda, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, and Land Rover.
