The objective of this course is to familiarize weatherization workers and/or agencies with Weatherization Assistant.  Emphasis will be placed on working as many scenarios as possible in order to increase student’s comfort level in using the software.

 



The course will cover the following:

  • Agency setup
  • Client setup and management
  • Site built and manufactured housing audit
  • Setup library setup
  • Supply library setup
  • Work orders

NEAT/MHEA is the most widely used energy audit software within the Weatherization Assistance Program, and plays a key role in the production of the initial energy audit and work order.  The NEAT/MHEA Energy Audit Software Course enables students to effectively utilize the software and better understand the elements of a successful audit.

Course Requirements
