Brief course Overview

This course is intended for those individuals who wish to prepare for the BPI-104 Envelope Professional Certification exams.

The course will cover the following:

  • Intermediate Building Science
  • Envelope systems and their interaction with other building systems
  • Measurement and verification of building performance
  • BPI National Standards and Project Specifications
  • Optimizing the installation, operation and maintenance of envelope systems
  • Professional ethics, conduct and communications

The BPI-104 Envelope Professional Certification along with the Building Analyst Professional Certification will make your company eligible to apply for BPI Contractor Accreditation. Students must have their Building Analyst Professional Certification.

You can purchase BPI-104 Envelope Professional Course class for $450 plus testing fees.

Certification Exams & Fees

The fee for the Building Envelope Professional Written Exam is $250. The fee for the 2-hour 1-on-1 Field Exam is $450.
