What is Technical Assistance?

Technical Assistance means external specialists, known as consultants, who provide skills training, working knowledge, or consulting services such as process implementation, staffing, and management to individuals or companies.  A consultant applies their knowledge to address the client’s needs.  Whether in person or via phone, the consultant will focus on the client’s needs and offer their perspective on specific issues.
