Apple Energy Trainer

Jan Odé serves as a senior trainer for AEG and TDHCA’s Weatherization Academy.  Jan is also approved by Oak Ridge Laboratories as a trainer of their NEAT/MHEA energy audit software, a lead safe renovator and a Licensed Professional Home Inspector.

Jan’s experience includes 35 years in residential construction, including 15 years as a partner building inner city energy efficient homes.  Along with his experience in building, Jan also has multiple years in the catastrophic casualty industry, and has been a Professional Home Inspector for 17 years.
